• Represent BTPN Syariah at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business management or related role, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.
• Knowledge of Islamic finance and banking principles.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
