📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the CSOC, including 24/7 monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
• Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect Optum's digital and physical assets.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Provide executive leadership and strategic guidance on cybersecurity matters to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, and incorporate them into the CSOC's operations.
• Manage and maintain relationships with external security vendors, partners, and service providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on incident response, risk management, and compliance.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are highly desirable.
• Proven track record of leading and managing cybersecurity teams in a multi-national or complex environment.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity tools and technologies, including SIEM, SOAR, and EDR solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and make critical decisions under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
