📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and deliver engaging early childhood education programs.
• Create and maintain lesson plans that align with national early childhood education standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the school's curriculum.
• Monitor and assess children's progress and development.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's attendance, behavior, and progress.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and a supportive learning environment.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all children.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., CPR and First Aid, Child Development, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and learning theories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
