In your day-to-day work, you’ll handle customer inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and process orders using our in-house CRM system, Shopify, and other sales tools.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their fitness needs and recommend suitable equipment.
• Provide product demonstrations and answer technical questions about fitness equipment.
• Process orders and manage customer data using CRM and e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote our products and services.
• Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases to offer expert advice.
• Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, e-commerce platforms like Shopify, and sales tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
