📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high performance standards.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other production management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
