📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job advertising, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Support the HR Manager in managing the payroll process.,Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.,Support the HR Manager in managing the company's benefits and compensation programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
