📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing technical support to employees and resolving IT issues,Maintaining and updating IT systems and software,Monitoring network performance and ensuring its security,Assisting in the implementation of new IT projects,Training employees on the use of IT systems and software,Collaborating with other IT staff to ensure the smooth operation of our systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of IT systems and software,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team

🛠️ Keahlian

Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systemsExperience with network protocols and securityFamiliarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworksExperience with cloud computing and virtualization technologiesAbility to work with multiple IT vendors and suppliersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
