Assist in sourcing and screening job applicants,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires,Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment strategies🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
