📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team-building activities.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and other financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.,Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
