Elogio Asia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will work closely with our sales team and management to achieve our sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our aesthetic medical devices business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.,Coordinate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.,Provide sales support and training to the sales team.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the medical devices industry.,Strong understanding of the aesthetic medical devices market.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
