📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and mentor construction teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and safety records.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or technical role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Proficient in using construction management software, such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali is a plus.
