As a Bar Staff at The Smoothie Fruity, you'll be at the heart of our operation, preparing and serving our signature smoothies and juices to our customers. This role is perfect for someone who loves working in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with customers, and is passionate about healthy living. You'll be using our state-of-the-art blenders and juicers, including the Breville BBL800XL and the Hurom H-A100, to create delicious and nutritious drinks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve fresh smoothies and juices using high-quality ingredients and equipment.
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect drink based on their preferences and dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including cleaning blenders and juicers after each use.
• Stock and manage inventory of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied with their experience.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a food service or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with using blenders and juicers is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for healthy living and a commitment to providing high-quality products.
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
