📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store.,Manage the store's schedule, including staffing, training, and performance reviews.,Ensure the store meets health and safety standards.,Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for the store.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Experience in managing a team and handling daily operations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of inventory management and sales tracking.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Experience in marketing and customer service is a plus.,Proficient in using basic computer software and spreadsheets.
