📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and staff.,Ensure that all banquet events run smoothly and according to the event schedule.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Assist in setting up and decorating banquet venues, ensuring they are ready for events.,Help with the preparation and serving of food and beverages during banquet events.,Assist in the cleanup and post-event tasks to ensure the venue is left in good condition.,Maintain accurate records of event activities and guest feedback.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in banquet and event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in event management or customer service.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic event planning software and tools.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
