📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.,Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Knowledge of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is an advantage.
