In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, fuel, and insurance.,Schedule and dispatch vehicles for deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient transport.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.,Manage driver schedules and ensure drivers are properly trained and certified.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Handle any vehicle-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
