General Accountant - PH & US Accounting

Our mission is to deliver high-quality media solutions to our clients, and we're looking for a talented General Accountant to help us achieve this goal. In this role, you'll work closely with our finance team to manage accounts payable and receivable, process payroll, and assist with budgeting and forecasting. With access to the latest accounting software, you'll have the tools you need to excel in your role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts payable and receivable for both Philippine and US markets
• Prepare and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks and other accounting software
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations for both markets
• Process payroll for employees in both markets
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for the finance team
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify and resolve any financial discrepancies
• Provide support to the finance team as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software
• Familiarity with US GAAP and Philippine GAAP accounting standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• Fluency in English is required
