📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high standards of quality and customer service.
• Train and mentor junior baristas to maintain and improve our coffee standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of the coffee shop, ensuring a pleasant environment for customers.
• Innovate and update our menu to reflect current trends and customer preferences.
• Manage inventory and ensure we have the right supplies to meet our customers' needs.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns, ensuring they are resolved to the satisfaction of both the customer and the company.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth running of the coffee shop.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 3 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Certification in coffee brewing, such as SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) or similar.
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, roasting, and brewing methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with POS systems, such as Square or Toast, is a plus.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
