📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain learning materials such as manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Coordinate with managers to ensure training objectives are met.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Assist in the development of learning and development strategies.,Support the HR team in the recruitment and onboarding process.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,English proficiency is a plus.
