Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office space,Manage office supplies and ensure they are restocked as needed,Greet and assist visitors and guests with a friendly and professional manner,Coordinate with other office staff to ensure smooth operations,Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages,Perform other administrative tasks as assigned,Ensure the office is secure and all access is controlled,Maintain a record of office inventory and supplies
