📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency,Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth operations,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies,Provide support and guidance to the logistics team,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance requirements,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Experience with ERP systems is a plus
