📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers in finding the perfect pair of Crocs by providing personalized recommendations and advice.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring products are displayed attractively and are in good condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Stock and organize merchandise, ensuring adequate inventory levels and proper product placement.
• Promote Crocs products and special offers to customers, both in-store and through social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the store manager and team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in footwear or fashion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with basic retail software and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about footwear and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Indonesia, including compliance with local labor laws.
