📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
