📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Provide product knowledge and training to sales teams.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and retail industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
