Mandiri Cement is seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and be able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Develop user manuals, guides, and other technical materials.,Improve existing documentation to enhance user experience and clarity.,Conduct technical writing training for new employees.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure high-quality standards.,Assist in the development of marketing and sales materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
