📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests to ensure product safety and quality.
  • Analyze and interpret test results to identify potential issues and trends.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations.
  • Train and mentor junior lab technicians on laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
  • Participate in product development and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality and safety concerns.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food industry.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in laboratory equipment and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
