📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of testing support professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality testing services to Visa's global clients.,Develop and implement testing strategies and methodologies to support Visa's products and services.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve testing issues and challenges.,Provide technical guidance and support to clients to ensure the successful implementation of Visa's testing solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of testing support services to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in testing support to ensure Visa remains competitive.,Represent Visa at industry events and conferences to build relationships with key stakeholders and partners.,Manage and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in testing support, with a strong background in software testing and quality assurance.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading testing support teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex testing issues.,Experience with Visa's products and services is a plus.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to travel internationally as required.
