📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure the best fit for the organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to recruitment team members.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in hiring successful candidates.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Experience in managing and mentoring a team of recruiters.
