Crystal Web Pratama is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Warehouse Staff to join our team in Indramayu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, and maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and other departments to facilitate smooth inventory management.,Perform regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.,Maintain and organize warehouse storage areas to maximize space utilization.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Handle and process customer orders and shipments accurately and promptly.,Train and mentor junior warehouse staff to ensure high performance standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Proven experience in inventory management and control.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a must.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
