Indonesia Oil is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Kuta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of employees, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that the team is meeting their targets.,Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is safe and secure.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Attend and participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to travel and work outside of normal business hours when required.
