📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
• Manage employee development plans, including career pathing and succession planning.
• Monitor and analyze training program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Represent the HR department at company events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on training and development.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with HR software such as SAP HR, Microsoft Teams, and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
