📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of pattern services, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate a team of pattern makers, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Collaborate with designers to translate design concepts into accurate patterns.
• Monitor inventory levels of materials and ensure timely procurement.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Develop and implement improvement plans to enhance operational efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and skill development.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pattern services, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software such as Gerber Accumark, Lectra, or Optitex.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
