📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Perform beauty treatments, including skincare, makeup, and hair services, using The Body Shop products and tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized beauty station, ensuring all products are properly stored and displayed.
• Stock and manage inventory, including restocking products and reporting any shortages to the store manager.
• Assist in training new employees on beauty techniques and store policies.
• Promote The Body Shop’s ethical beauty philosophy and sustainability initiatives to customers.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
• Participate in store events and promotions to enhance the customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in beauty services, preferably in a retail or salon environment.
• Strong knowledge of The Body Shop products and beauty techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily sales targets.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Passion for ethical beauty, sustainability, and social justice.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
