📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead customs compliance and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements
• Manage and optimize import/export processes, including customs documentation, duty payments, and clearance procedures

• Monitor and report on customs performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

• Provide training and support to internal teams on customs compliance and procedures

• Ensure accurate and timely filing of customs declarations and payments

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs operations, with a strong background in international trade
• Proven track record of leading customs compliance and optimizing import/export processes
• Excellent knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian
• Certification in customs clearance and international trade (e.g., CISF, CPCU, or equivalent) is a plus
