📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and value for money.
  • Develop and implement competitive sourcing strategies to secure the best possible deals for our company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals.
  • Participate in strategic decision-making processes related to procurement and supply chain.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of successful competitive sourcing and supply chain optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contracts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
